1. Our Refund Promise
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we want to make sure you have a great experience with our products. While digital downloads (such as e-books, journals, and printables) are typically non-returnable, we do offer refunds in the following cases:
Accidental duplicate purchase – If you accidentally buy the same product twice, we’ll refund the extra charge.
File issues – If you have trouble accessing or downloading your product, let us know, and we’ll send a fresh copy. If the issue persists, we’ll issue a refund.
Wrong product received – If you receive a different product than the one you ordered, we’ll replace it or provide a refund.
If you need a refund, simply email us at Team@FamilyOptimise.com within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll get back to you.
2. Cancellations
Because our digital products are delivered instantly, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been processed. However, if you made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help!
3. Purchases Made Through Affiliate Platforms (Amazon KDP & Others)
Many of our books and products are sold through third-party affiliate platforms such as Amazon KDP and other retailers. If you purchase our products through these platforms, the refund and return policies of those platforms will apply.
Since we do not handle these transactions directly, we are unable to process refunds for purchases made on external platforms. If you require a refund for an item purchased via an affiliate partner, please follow their refund process:
